We have kicked off the 2008 Farmers market season and are getting settled in our new location. We are also excited to offer new products coming out from our newly installed brick oven. For the past few years we have made our Montreal style bagels only at the Hillsdale Farmers market, but using our new Italian wood fired oven we will be able to offer them more days and at more locations. Be sure to come check our bagels out!

In April you can find us at our usual Saturday Portland State Market (weekly starting April 5th) and twice monthly at the Hillsdale Winter Market (April 13th & 27th).

As many of you know we are still working on preparing our dining room. We are putting the finishing touches and hiring our crew. After a few delays we have decided to get markets up and running before we open the dining room doors on a large scale.

In the interim, we are excited to announce a Thursday Pizza Night. Beginning May 1, 2008 from 4:00pm - 10:00pm. We are also offering to host private parties in our space. We can accommodate about 25 people without the patio and 40 during the nice weather. Please inquire if you interested in a private party at our location.

We are experiencing a lot changes right now, and our website is in the process of being updated regularly. We are doing our best to keep the information current.
