We specialize in wood-fired baked goods that are prepared by hand, baked in a unique oven
and sold - hot and fresh - at various events all year long. The baked goods range from morning
treats like cinnamon rolls, berry cobblers, hazelnut sticky buns, and Montreal style bagels, to lunchtime favorites like
seeded flat breads, lamb-sausage wrapped in bread dough, vegetable-covered focaccias, and lamb kabob pita sandwiches.
We participate in Farmer's Market for most of the year and do catering year round. If you are interested in getting more information
